**Role Overview:**
As a **Production Supervisor**, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our steel fabrication processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate production schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the fabrication department.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor production schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in steel fabrication or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
